This is a small collection of audio recordings made
by G4IJE in 1989 and 1990 at the peak of solar cycle 22.
Most are fairly short although the W_pileup
recording does go on a bit! It starts slowly but gets
more interesting later. A broadband internet connection
is recommended. I have included a choice of .mp3 and
.wav files. Try the .mp3 files first, which
should open in Windows Media Player. If you have
problems, try saving the .wav version of the file
by
right-clicking on it and choosing "Save Target as" from
the menu. You should also check that your firewall
allows Windows Media Player to connect to the Internet. Enjoy!
